Visa Associate (Onsite)

As a Visa Associate, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on! 

 

As a Visa Associate, you will 

• Process and review visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation
• Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific visa regulations and provide clear guidance to applicants
• Fulfill all requests regarding immigration requirements, including passports, visas, and supporting documentation
• Provide applicants with relevant information such as processing timelines, fees, and application procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve visa processing workflows and suggest enhancements for efficiency and compliance
• Maintain, actively communicate, and continuously expand knowledge of global visa policies and immigration updates

About you

• Extensive experience in managing and supporting corporate clients with visa requirements
• Strong working knowledge of visa processes, immigration policies, and documentation procedures
• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus (mandatory) with the ability to support travel-related visa needs
• Knowledge of transit visa requirements and related regulations is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
