Job Description

Deputy Manager- C&I - F&M

Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Instrument calibration of Field instruments (Flow meter, control valves, RTD, Thermocouple, Transmitter, Ultrasonic sensors, Level controller, PH sensor, Conductivity sensor, resistivity, chemical & Gas sensor etc.)
Hands on knowledge of SAP in MM module and spare & inventory management.
Worked on SCADA, PLC system (Air compressor, BMS-HVAC, chiller, VAM, RO &DI Plant, ETP, Scrubber, Fire alarm system etc.).
Familiar with Siemens PCS7 environment, Simatic-manager /WinCC tools.
PLC Programing & Trouble shooting-Siemens S7-300 /400, GE, Mitsubishi. Expertise in Siemens PLC and Sinamics VFD programming and trouble shooting.
In- house machine modification and interlocks and modify instrument for cost saving purpose.
Erection, Testing & Commissioning exposure of Instrumentation and control system.
Liasoning with Sub Contractors, Customers & Concerned --Authorities for smooth Work execution.
Timely completion of the packages and fulfilment of the project objectives in terms of schedule, cost and quality.
Identifying and implementing any new modifications required in existing package.
Post award Contract management till final completion and contract closure.
Hand on experience in Documentation of IMS , SAP & Material management.

Total Experience: 6 - 10 years
Essential Qualification: BE (C&I)
