Electrical Maintenance Manager

DGM - Electrical Maintenance (MRSS)

Responsibilities

1. Manage Electrical maintenance activities for assigned Plant within the GPVC complex and drive to achieve maintenance excellence.
2. Develop Maintenance strategies to achieve production targets.
3. Ensure safe and accident free working environment, Ensure ZERO accident
4. Coordination with stakeholders including operation, other engineering disciplines, Techno commerical, contractors, vendor, etc
5. Training & Development of Electrical Team to develop their competencies and Sucession plan.
6. Analyze the issues, risks, bottlenecks and provide forward path to overcome limitations and mitigate risks of the Plant.
7. Support the maintenance team in technical challenges encountered in daily plans executions, shutdown/turnaround preparations and major maintenance projects.
8. Responsible for Annual Plan & Budget of CAPEX and OPEX for Electrical Maintenance activities of assigned plant.
9. Achieve production plan by ensuring Equipment availability through effective Preventive Maintenance , Plant Turnaround , skilled manpower and availability of critical spares.
10. Continual improvement and cost optimization by introducing latest innovation and new method in Electrical Maintenanc

Qualifications

Educational Qualification :-

1. Graduate/Postgraduate B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experiences: 

1. Having 15~20 years in Electrical maintenance of large scale complex in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas
