Job Description

About the RoleMysore Koffeeness is looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to manage customer transactions efficiently and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic numerical ability, and a customer-first attitude.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately
  • Issue bills, receipts, and maintain proper records of transactions
  • Greet customers and assist them with orders and billing queries
  • Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing
  • Manage cash register and ensure proper cash reconciliation at the end of shifts
