Job Description

  • Manage complete showroom and retail outlet operations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
  • Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, and lead conversions
  • Supervise and motivate sales executives/team members
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, test drives, finance, and insurance activities
  • Monitor follow-ups and maintain CRM records
  • Maintain showroom standards, display, and operational discipline
  • Handle customer escalations and provide quick resolutions
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
