Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled STEM & Robotics AI Trainer to design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for school students (Grades 3–12). The trainer will teach robotics, coding, artificial intelligence, and core STEM concepts, helping students build future-ready skills through experiential and project-based learning.
This role is ideal for educators, engineers, and ed-tech professionals passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and 21st-century skills education.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive classroom and lab sessions in:
Robotics (mechanical design, sensors, actuators, automation)
Coding & Computational Thinking
Artificial Intelligence (AI basics, data, logic, ethics – age appropriate)
STEM concepts (electronics, physics applications, mathematics in real life)
Teach programming using Scratch, Python, block-based coding, Arduino, micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms
Introduce students to AI & emerging technologies such as:
Machine learning concepts (introductory level)
Computer vision & AI applications for students
Internet of Things (IoT) basics
Design and implement project-based learning modules
Manage and maintain STEM / Robotics / AI labs, tools, and kits
Prepare and mentor students for competitions, hackathons, science exhibitions, and innovation challenges
Align curriculum with CBSE / ICSE / IB / NEP 2020 / ATL frameworks
Track student progress and provide structured feedback
Train and support school teachers where required
Promote innovation, creativity, teamwork, and ethical use of technology
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or STEM Education
Hands-on experience in robotics, coding, and AI training for school students
Proficiency in Scratch, Python, C/C++, or similar languages
Working knowledge of robotics kits and AI tools/platforms
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging, age-appropriate manner
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills
Passion for education, mentoring, and innovation
