Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Experience in Quality assurance function in engine assembly plant.
• Exposure to Quality management systems.
• Experience in performing engine COP test.
• Ensuring Emission Compliance
• Ensuring Plant wise internal COP
•  Compliance Audit
• Ensuring External COP Compliance without ECOP.
• He must have experience in passing COP testing at ARAI & ICAT.
• Product & Process Knowledge/ Analytical skills.
• Engine assembly & Testing Knowledge.
• Experience of COP test equipment’s.
• Conducting COP testing with government agencies.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Raising capex for maintaining COP equipment’s & its upgradation.
• COP testing data collection and its analysis.
• Driving improvements with first time right approach.
• Knowledge of 7 QC tools, statistical tools / APQP/FMEA/PPAP /SPC/ MSA

Education Qualification
