Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – 5 Years Experience

Location: Hingna MIDC -Nagpur

Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Qualification: CA (Qualified)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant with around 5 years of post-qualification experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, taxation, audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management
• Handle ROC filings and corporate law compliance
• Assist in financial planning and strategy
• Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
• Support management with MIS reports and decision-making insights

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audit procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing / service / consulting industry (customize as needed)
• Exposure to ERP systems
• Experience handling multi-entity or group companies
