Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and application configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between various business systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
