Designation : Field Sales Executive – Agri Division

Location : Nagpur(1) and Kondali (1)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Agri Division. The candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of organic and agricultural products including Chicken Manure, Vermi Compost, Organic Fertilisers, Soil Conditioners, and related agri-input products.
The role requires extensive field work, direct interaction with farmers, dealers, retailers, nurseries, FPOs, and agricultural institutions. The candidate should be comfortable with counter-to-counter sales activities, market visits, demonstrations, and customer relationship management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell:
- Chicken Manure
- Vermi Compost
- Organic Fertilisers
- Soil Enhancers
- Other Agri Division products
- Conduct field visits to:
- Farmers
- Dealers
- Retail counters
- Nurseries
- FPOs
- Agri shops
- Develop new customers and dealer networks in assigned territories.
- Generate enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct product awareness activities and demonstrations.
- Coordinate order collection, dispatch follow-up, and payment collection.
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer database.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, competition, and customer requirements.
- Support branding and promotional activities in the field.
Candidate Requirements :
Educational Qualification :
Candidate should possess qualifications relevant to agriculture or allied sectors such as:
- B.Sc Agriculture
- Diploma in Agriculture
- BBA / MBA in Agri Business
- B.Tech Agriculture Engineering
- Any graduate with strong agricultural sales experience
Preferred Work Experience
1–5 years experience in:
- Fertiliser sales
- Organic manure sales
- Pesticides/agri input sales
- Seed sales
- Rural/agri marketing
- Experience working with:
- Farmers
- Agri dealers
- Rural markets
- FPOs
- Organic farming products
- Candidate’s current or previous work profile should align with agricultural input sales or related field activities.
Required Skills :
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to build farmer relationships
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and fertilisers
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to perform field sales and counter sales
- Basic reporting and mobile/computer usage skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
