Job Description
- Hiring & recruitment of sales and non-sales staff
- Conduct joining formalities and employee induction
- Attendance, leave, and shift management
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate with department managers for manpower requirements
- Monitor staff performance and support PIP process
- Payroll coordination and salary-related documentation
- Maintain employee engagement and workplace discipline
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed
- Manage ID card process and staff documentation
- Exit formalities.
