Job Title: Marketing Executive – Physiotherapy Clinic

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our physiotherapy clinic, increase patient footfall, and build strong referral networks with doctors, gyms, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of both online and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Promotion & Branding

Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of clinic services

Promote specialized treatments (sports rehab, pain management, post-surgery rehab, etc.)

Organize health camps, workshops, and awareness programs

2. Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business)

Create and post engaging content (reels, patient education, success stories)

Handle online promotions, ads, and local SEO

3. Referral & Network Development

Build relationships with doctors, orthopedic surgeons, gyms, fitness trainers

Develop partnerships with corporate offices for employee wellness programs

Maintain regular follow-ups with referral sources

4. Patient Engagement

Handle inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and social media

Ensure positive patient experience and encourage reviews/testimonials

Maintain patient database for follow-ups and retention

5. Field Marketing

Visit nearby hospitals, gyms, and societies for promotion

Distribute brochures, posters, and marketing materials

Conduct local outreach activities

6. Performance Tracking

Track marketing campaigns and patient conversion rates

Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports

Suggest improvements based on data
