Job Description
- Showcase products and provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and close sales effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle billing coordination, order processing, and follow-up with customers when required.
- Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Keep track of stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Candidates with good communication skills and prior showroom or retail sales experience will be preferred.
Requirements:
- Experience in showroom, retail, or counter sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Sales incentives will be provided based on individual performance.
