Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium tiles showroom in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles and related products.
• Convert enquiries into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the warehouse and accounts team.
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate payment collection and keep accurate sales records.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, interiors, furniture, or retail sales is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to manage the showroom independently and take ownership of customer satisfaction.
