Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
