Job Description
- 1. Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote company products, instruments, and services to customers.
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial quotations.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with purchase departments and decision makers.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- 2. Service ResponsibilitiesInstallation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
- Attend breakdown/service calls within response time.
- Provide user training to customers.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Ensure equipment performance as per specifications.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
