Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for fuel and lubricants across the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with petrol pump dealers and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure continuous fuel availability and coordinate timely supply and logistics.
- Expand territory by onboarding new dealers and industrial customers.
- Drive lubricant and value-added product sales at retail outlets.
- Supervise and guide field sales teams to meet performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and petroleum regulations.
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Manage collections, credit limits, and reduce outstanding payments.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions.
