Job Description
Role Purpose: Generate new business by selling fire detection systems (alarms, sensors), firefighting equipment (extinguishers, Hydrant Sprinkler System), and maintenance contracts.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively cold calling, identifying new industrial/commercial projects, and building a client database.Site Visits & Consultations: Conducting on-site surveys and site visits to determine client fire safety needs, as seen in.Proposal & Negotiation: Preparing technical proposals, quoting prices, and negotiating to close deals with facility managers, builders, or contractors.Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with existing customers for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
