Job Description
Proven experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Target-driven and self-motivated
Promote and sell insurance policies (Insurance) to potential customers
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Explain policy details, benefits, and terms to customers clearly
Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Follow up on leads and renewals
Maintain records of sales and client interactions
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries
