Budget and Expense Tracking

• Monitor project expenses against the budget.
• Process purchase requests and invoices.
• Prepare basic financial reports for the project manager.

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify and track project risks and issues.
• Maintain risk and issue registers.
• Escalate critical concerns to the project manager.

Progress Monitoring

• Track project performance using project management tools.
