Job Description
- Welcome and attend customers and visitors at the showroom
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain customer records and enquiry details
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support
- Manage front desk operations and showroom reception area
- Handle walk-in customer registration and guidance
- Maintain daily visitor reports and follow-up records
- Support administrative and documentation activities
- Ensure proper customer hospitality and showroom experience
