Job Description

Job Title: Business Process Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Process Coordinator to streamline operations between our corporate office, scattered branch locations, and esteemed clients. In this role, you will serve as the vital link ensuring smooth pickup and delivery execution, real-time vehicle tracking, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker with excellent communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at rigorous daily follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch & Operations Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations across various regional branches.
  • Transit & Route Monitoring: Track the movement of route vehicles in real-time to ensure strict adherence to schedules. Promptly escalate transit delays or bottlenecks to the Manager and assist in swift resolution.
  • Daily MIS & Reporting: Prepare, compile, and dispatch accurate daily Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to customers within designated timelines.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, delivery status updates, and issue resolutions professionally via both email and phone calls.
  • Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales team to prioritize, expedite, and ensure on-time deliveries for key accounts.
  • Pending Query Resolution: Conduct rigorous daily follow-ups with branches regarding pending deliveries, clearing roadblocks by coordinating directly between branches and clients.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute any other operational follow-ups or administrative tasks as directed by the management team.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in operational coordination, logistics coordination, or a similar business process role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage both corporate clients and on-ground branch teams.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and escalation-handling skills.
  • A persistent, follow-up-driven mindset to clear pending tasks daily.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for MIS reporting) and comfortable working with operational/tracking software.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience and competence)
