Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Telesales) – Job Role (Nidhii Skincare)

  • Handle outbound & inbound calls to promote skincare products and generate sales
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
  • Update customer data and call records in CRM/Excel sheets
  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for order processing
  • Follow up on pending leads and existing customers
  • Maintain professional communication and brand image of Nidhii Skincare
