📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales & Business Development
✔ Generate and close Home Loan sales through direct marketing & referral channels
✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
✔ Build strong relationships with builders, real estate agents & channel partners
✔ Generate leads through tele-calling, customer meetings & online sources
🔹 Customer Relationship Management
✔ Maintain strong customer relationships from inquiry to loan disbursement
✔ Deliver excellent customer service & resolve queries promptly
✔ Guide customers on loan products, eligibility & interest rates
🔹 Loan Process Management
✔ Assist customers with loan applications & documentation
✔ Coordinate with credit & operations teams for timely approvals
✔ Track application status and ensure smooth disbursement process
🔹 Market Knowledge
✔ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities & product offerings
✔ Identify new opportunities to drive business growth
