Job Description

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Explain course details, batch timings, fees structure, and academy information to students.

• Follow up with enquiry students regularly for admissions.

• Maintain daily calling records and update enquiry data.

• Respond to WhatsApp messages and student queries.

• Convince interested candidates for demo lectures and admissions.

• Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student updates.

• Maintain positive communication with students and parents.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

• Report daily work status to the management.

• Handle student doubts and provide proper guidance.

• Ensure proper data entry and record maintenance.
