Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door visits in residential societies, apartments, local markets, and corporate areas to pitch Airtel Xstream Fiber.
- Customer Consultation: Educate potential customers on broadband plans, router benefits, installation procedures, and ongoing offers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Application Processing: Collect necessary KYC documentation, register new connections, and coordinate with the installation team for timely activation.
- Daily Reporting: Mark attendance, log lead progression, and submit status updates via the internal Airtel app.
