🧾 Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations at our Fruit APMC Market (Vashi) office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and basic accounting practices.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally

Handle sales, purchase, and ledger entries

Manage cash transactions and bank entries

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation

Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, and vouchers

Assist in billing and stock-related accounting (Fruit trading operations)

Support in GST-related entries and basic compliance

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations

✅ Requirements

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP

Good understanding of Excel

Ability to handle cash and daily transactions

Attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working in APMC market environment

🎓 Qualification

B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred

Relevant accounting experience is an added advantage
