Accounts Executive

Job Title: Trainee Accounts Executive

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary: 15000 upto 25000 per month

Experience: 0-3 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Basic Accounting knowledge.

·        Tally accounting entries for accounts receivable / payable /Investments/ assets capitalization.

·        Preparation and booking of Monthly sales/ purchase Invoices. Generation of Invoices as per contractual terms & conditions.

·        Scrutiny of individual ledgers & reconciliation for all ledgers.

·        Processing of Payroll Monthly Basis.

·        Statutory compliance pertaining to filing/updating of monthly challans and monthly, half yearly and annual registers for TDS, GST, Profession Taxes, E.S.I.C and PF.

·        Ensure all the reports are accurate and deliver on time.

Additional Skills required:

• Knowledge about Equity, Money Market, Mutual Funds & Investment will be an added advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should be –

·        Aware of and preferably experienced on Tally software.

·        Proficiency in MS Word & MS Office.

·        Ready to join immediate.

·        Satisfactory communication skills.

·        Ready to work on a long term basis with Sikraft.
