Position: Accountant cum Admin
Department: Accounts & Administration
Reports To: Director / Finance Head / Managing Director
Job Location: Crystal Plaza , Hirandani complex, sect-07, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
1. Job Summary
The Senior Accountant cum Admin is responsible for managing the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and administrative functions. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient office administration to support smooth business operations.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Accounting & Finance
· Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable.
· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and Client ledgers.
· Maintain general ledger and trial balance.
· Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
· Support budget preparation and financial planning.
B. Taxation & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
· Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
· Maintain records for statutory audits and internal audits.
C. Payroll & Employee Benefits
· Process monthly payroll and maintain employee salary records.
· Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory deductions.
· Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.
D. Administrative Functions
· Oversee office administration and facility management.
· Maintain office assets, inventory, and procurement records.
· Handle vendor management and service contracts.
· Coordinate office maintenance, utilities, and logistics.
· Maintain important company documents and records.
E. Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare financial reports and MIS reports for management.
· Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
· Ensure proper filing and record keeping of agreements, invoices, and contracts.
3. Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
· Minimum 0–3 years’ experience in accounting and administration.
· Excellent Knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
4. Skills Required
· Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting software.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
