Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our firm involved in the design of high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare working drawings and construction drawings
  • Assist in municipal drawings and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with building rules, regulations, and design standards
  • Coordinate with architects and project teams during design development
  • Support design execution as per approved drawings

Requirements:

  • Strong drafting and design skills with construction knowledge
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is an added advantage
  • Understanding of building rules, regulations, and standards

Experience: 8–10 years

Location: Kharghar

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
