Cluster Site Enginner

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee execution of construction activities across multiple sites within the

assigned cluster

 Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

 Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors for smooth project

execution

 Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues proactively

 Ensure quality control across all stages (RCC, masonry, finishing, MEP, etc.)

 Track material usage, wastage, and site-level inventory management

 Verify contractor bills and ensure work completion as per BOQ

 Conduct regular site visits and maintain execution consistency across projects

 Ensure adherence to safety standards, labor compliance, and statutory norms

 Report site progress, risks, and delays to senior management

 Support planning team in scheduling and resource allocation

Requirements

 B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

 4–8 years of experience in site execution (preferably handling multiple sites)

 Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams

 Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site planning

 Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project tracking tools

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
