Collection Executive / Officer

TELEPERFORMANCE IS HIRING – COLLECTION EXECUTIVE AT GHANSOLI

We are hiring Collection Executives with a minimum of 6 months of collection experience. The role involves managing customer interactions for dues follow‑ups while maintaining compliance and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Explain repayment options and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update systems regularly.
• Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and call quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of collection experience is mandatory (any industry).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.

Minimum qualification:

• HSC / Graduate with at least 6 months of collections experience.

Salary: 💰Upto ₹19000 (in-hand)

Shifts & Working Days: Day Shifts (8AM to with 1 Rotational Weekly Offs

Language Requirement (Mandatory): Fluency in English AND ONE regional language:

• Hindi
