Job Description

Prepare and cook continental dishes as per menu specifications

Assist in kitchen prep, mise en place, plating and presentation

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and kitchen safety standards

Work under the Head Chef / Kitchen supervisor and meet service timings


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a continental kitchen environment

Good understanding of continental cooking techniques and basic western sauces/preparations

Able to work under pressure and in a team

Willing to stay in provided accommodation
