We are looking for a skilled Continental Cook to prepare high-quality continental dishes and maintain kitchen standards. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and fast-paced kitchen operations.
- Responsibilities:Prepare and cook continental dishes as per recipes and standards
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
- Handle kitchen prep and mise en place efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and inform management about shortages
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs
- Work closely with the kitchen team during service hours
- Requirements:Experience in continental cuisine
- Knowledge of sauces, grills, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, and plating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and time management skills
- Basic understanding of food hygiene standards
- Flexible with shifts and weekend working
