Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Telugu Language).

Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Telugu Voice Process

Department: Customer Support / Operations

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time 


Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive proficient in the Telugu language. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Telugu-speaking customer base, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu, a neutral or clear accent, and a problem-solving mindset. 


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist Telugu-speaking customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Issue Resolution: Understand customer pain points effectively and provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods.

Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints, as well as actions taken, in the CRM system.

Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of company products, services, and policies to handle customer queries efficiently.

Escalations: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the appropriate internal team.

Qualifications & Skills

Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in verbal and written Telugu is mandatory. Moderate to good proficiency in English or Hindi is highly preferred for internal reporting and training.

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma / 10+2 or a Graduate degree

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

Soft Skills: Active listening, strong empathy, customer-centric attitude, and patience in handling difficult or irate customers.
