Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Team Leader (TL) International Process for a reputed BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Customer Support Associates (CSA) in an international voice/chat process
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement
- Handle team attendance, productivity, shrinkage, and attrition
- Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support in training, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS updates
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth process flow
- Drive team motivation and maintain a positive work environment
