Job Title: CIC Dispute Management & Reporting Executive

 Location : Airoli / Goregaon

 Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

 Week Off : Saturday & Sunday

 Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the role of CIC Dispute Management & Reporting Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end dispute resolution with Credit Information Companies (CICs), ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely closure of cases.

 Key Responsibilities :

* CIC Dispute Management:

* Manage end-to-end disputes raised by CICs including CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF Highmark.

* Review and analyze dispute cases such as account status discrepancies, DPD issues, write-offs, settlements, suit-filed/wilful default cases, and personal information mismatches.

* Validate customer grievances received via CICs, branches, customer care, nodal desk, RBI CMS, Ombudsman, and internal escalations.

* Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Collections, Operations, Legal, Product) for investigation and resolution.

* Ensure timely correction and updating of data in internal systems within regulatory TAT.

* Identify recurring issues and incorrect reporting trends; collaborate for systemic fixes.

* Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

 CIC Reporting :

* Prepare and submit monthly bureau data files in compliance with CIC guidelines.

* Monitor bureau rejections and ensure timely rectification.

* Generate MIS reports covering disputes, TAT adherence, repeat issues, regulatory escalations, and overall performance metrics.
