Job Description

We need a person who is strong in Excel and has basic knowledge of accounts. We already use the Vyapar App and have a dedicated accounts person in Delhi for GST and final accounting. This role is mainly for day-to-day operational tracking and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase entries and records
  • Handle cash sales entries in system
  • Maintain stock and inventory records
  • Track recovery payments from clients
  • Monitor GPS device renewal dates and reminders
  • Track bank account balances regularly
  • Prepare daily and monthly Excel reports
  • Coordinate with accounts and operations team
  • Maintain proper documentation and data accuracy

Skills Required:

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in stock management and data handling
  • Responsible and detail-oriented
  • Good follow-up and communication skills
