Fashion Consultant

• Assist walk-in and online clients with outfit selection and styling.
• Understand client requirements, occasions, preferences, and budgets.
• Recommend suitable silhouettes based on different body types and proportions.
• Guide clients on color selection, fabric choices, styling, and garment coordination.
• Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a premium customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer consultations for ready-to-wear, semi-custom, and custom orders.
• Coordinate with designers and production teams regarding client requirements.
• Maintain product knowledge across fabrics, embroideries, fits, and current fashion trends.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product display, and store presentation.
• Manage client follow-ups, trial appointments, and order updates.
• Support social media content creation when required by featuring products, styling tips, and client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, styling, or sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of women's fashion, trends, silhouettes, and styling.
• Knowledge of different body types and how to style them confidently.
• Good understanding of color theory, fabric behavior, and garment construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to build trust and make clients feel comfortable and confident.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp sales, Instagram communication, and customer follow-ups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
