Opening For US International Customer Service Process


Location - Turbhe

Qualifications - HSC and Graduate Fresher Can Apply

Shift - US Shifts (Night Shift)

Week Off - Saturday & Sunday (Fixed off)  

Salary - Fresher - 15k in hand & Exp - Upto 20k in hand + Performance Incentives


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding claims.

- Analyze and manage accounts receivable data to improve cash flow.

- Address billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.

- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.
