The Role we are looking for a highly organized Senior Purchase Executive to drive our procurement operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of the purchasing lifecycle—from RFQ to GRN—ensuring our manufacturing and project teams are equipped with high-quality components precisely when they need them. 

Key Responsibilities • Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and grade suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and automation parts, building a reliable network of high-quality industrial vendors. • End-to-End Procurement: Manage the complete purchasing workflow, taking the lead on everything from sending RFQs and negotiating competitive quotations to finalizing the Goods Received Note (GRN) stage. • Data & Record Management: Maintain, organize, and standardize all purchase department registers, ensuring centralized and highly efficient data management for all procurement records. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with the design, project management, and manufacturing departments to align purchasing activities with production schedules and project flows. 

Candidate Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial purchasing and procurement. • Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation parts and assemblies. • Skills: Strong vendor negotiation capabilities combined with a strict attention to detail and process efficiency.
