Senior Accounts Receivable Associate 💼
📍 Location Turbhe
🎓 Qualifications: HSC and above
👉🏻 Experience: Minimum 12 months in Medical Billing AR Calling is mandatory
🌙 Shift: US Shifts
🤩 Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹50,000 (In-hand but depends of last drawn) + 🎯 Performance Incentives
* 6 mon to 1 year - 19.5k to 22k
* 1 year to 3 years - 24k to 40k
* 3+ years - 30k to 45k
* 4+ Years - 50k
Key Responsibilities:
- 📞 Engage with insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding claims.
- 🧾 Analyze and manage accounts receivable data to improve cash flow.
- 🛠️ Address billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.
- 📊 Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.
