About the Role -

We are hiring enthusiastic customer focused individuals for our Customer Service Voice Process. The role involves handling incoming calls and resolving customer queries effectively. There are no any sales target, the focus is entirely on customer service.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Meet process quality standards and service - level metrics.

Shift Details -

• Shift Window : Between 8:00 AM- 9:00PM
• Shift Duration: Any 10hr shift (including 1hr break)
• Working hours: 9hrs

Eligibility Criteria

• Education - Any graduate can apply.

Experience -

• Freshers and Experienced candidates both are welcomed.

Salary Structure

• 0 - 11m experience : 2,71,700 CTC (20,900K In Hand)
• 1 year + experience: 3,15,250 CTC (24,250K In Hand)

Skills Required -

• Strong Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence.
• Basic computer knowledge and eligibility to navigate system.
• Problem solving ability and active - listening.
