Job DescriptionExpert Guide is hiring HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about recruitment, this is a great opportunity to build your career in talent acquisition.
- Job Details
- Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Week Off: Sunday
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Minimum ₹15,000
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000–₹36,000+ per month
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial candidate profiling
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client companies
- Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills
- Graduates (Freshers are welcome)
- HSC candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office is an added advantage
