Job Role: IDFC First Bank - Sales / Service Executive

Job Location: Thane and Juinagar

(Pick and drop facility available from Thane Station for Thane location)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

Job Description:

We are hiring Sales/Service Executives to handle customer interactions, provide banking support, and assist in sales activities. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Address customer queries related to banking products and services

Provide assistance with account services and issue resolution

Promote and cross-sell bank products as required

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Deliver high standards of customer service

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream

Good communication skills

Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply

Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹18,000 (in-hand)

Experience (1–2 years): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)

Working Days and Offs:

All Sundays fixed off

2nd and 4th Saturday off

All bank holidays off

Additional Benefits:

Fixed day shift

Transportation support for Thane location
