Job Description
Job Purpose: Intern –Sales Associate.
Desired Skills & Responsibilities: Customer Relationship & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Calling potential customers and explaining about MyBranch & its service offerings
Liaising with IPCs and aggregator, Follow up on call and emails for getting enquiries
Having a drive to get business and converting clients for occupancy
Security deposit processing , Laising with Clients for quiries for Due diligence, Onboarding , liaising with internal legal team for agreement and booking form complition.
Leasing with Operation team about converted client for Services assured has been delivered to them.
Bulk product selling on target based weekly and monthly basis.
Maintaining the related records and getting the same reconciled with Finance.
