Job Title: lead generation & Dispatcher (US Transport & Logistics)
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Salary: Depends on the interview
Incentives: Up to ₹25,000/month
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our US Logistics team as Sales Executives & Dispatchers. You will manage outbound calls, build and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers, and ensure smooth shipment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to carriers and brokers
Provide shipment quotes and manage dispatches
Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
Deliver top-tier customer service
Requirements:
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Strong verbal and written English communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
Logistics experience is an added advantage
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
