Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Should be good at hardware of the laptops.
• Checking computers/Laptops hardware (HDD, RAM, Camera, Mouse, Keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Fix LCD & removing spots from LCD.
• Setup hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Thorough knowledge of Computers systems and IT Components.
• To repair the laptops.
• To replace the motherboard, Keypads, displays, and touch panels.
• co-ordinate for fabricate broken plastic body parts, Hinges, etc. with fabrication dept.
• To test any new parts that are installed
• To keep records of repairs & fixes for future reference.
• Building, testing, and installing machines.
• Troubleshooting software and hardware problems including windows 10 and drivers
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing customer returns.
