Job Description
Join Nyassa, India's premium bath, body and home fragrance brand. We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to represent our products at The Bombay Store, Seawoods. Our brand is known for using natural ingredients in our products.
Experience level: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales/Brand promotion. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
Training: Complete product training provided
Location: The Bombay Store, Seawoods Nexus Mall, Navi Mumbai
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Recommend suitable products and explain their features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Ensure the Nyassa counter is clean, well-organized and visually appealing.
- Restock and maintain attractive product displays.
- Support promotional activities and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Assist in stock-taking, receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
- Work closely with the Retail Head and fellow team members to achieve sales goals.
- Attend product knowledge sessions and regular training programmes.
