Marketing Associate

We are seeking a **dynamic and detail-oriented candidate** to join our team as a **Back Office Marketing Executive** with a strong understanding of **social media platforms and digital marketing trends**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes while also contributing to the creative and strategic side of online brand visibility.

* **Back Office Support:**

 * Maintain and organize marketing databases, documents, and assets.

 * Prepare marketing reports, campaign trackers, and performance summaries.

 * Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

* **Social Media Management:**

 * Assist in content scheduling, posting, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

 * Support content creation by coordinating with designers and copywriters.

 * Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand voice.

 * Track social media metrics and compile monthly performance reports.

* **Administrative Support:**

 * Coordinate meetings, maintain marketing calendars, and support the team in day-to-day tasks.

 * Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and properly filed.
